Processing Times

• Ready-to-ship apparel typically ships in 3–5 business days.

• Custom designs ship in 5–14 business days.

• During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take a few extra days.

• You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
Delivery times depend on the carrier, usually USPS or UPS.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
If your package is marked “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll assist where we can, but we cannot replace items lost by the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
